Universal hardness tester for micro/macro Vickers, Knoop, Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, Brinell and Shore test methods, in compliance with ASTM and ISO hardness standards. VRS Series are top level bench hardness testers for tough or lab applications. Fully motorized for fully automatic test cycles, with Vickers and Knoop indentation autoreading through a CCD high resolution camera and the relative software. Absolute accuracy (better than 0.5 %) in every condition. Load forces are applied through load cells and electronically controlled in Closed Loop (Pat. Affri). Exact hardness result on the first test and R&R data are at the top of its class. Digital durometers with LCD screen, user friendly interface, real time statistics and graphs and large archive storage. Hardness tests on all metals: Iron, steel, tempered steel, cast iron, brass, aluminum, copper and metal alloys. Heat treatment, hardening, nitriding, cementation and hardfacing. Hard and soft plastics. Knoop test on ceramic and glass materials.

Test loads: from 0.3 to 250 kgf (From 2.940 to 2452 N)
Vickers ISO 6507 / ASTM E-384 - Knoop ISO 4545: HV0,3 - HV0,5 - HV1 - HV2 - HV2,5 - HV3 - HV5 - HV10 - HV15 - HV20 - HV30 - HV50 - HV100 / HK0,3 - HK0,5 - HK1
Rockwell ISO 6508 / ASTM E-18: HRA - HRB - HRC - HRD - HRF - HRG - HRL - HRM - HRR / HRN - HRT
Brinell ISO 6506 / ASTM E-10: HB 30 - HB 10 - HB 5 - HB 2,5 MPa (F/D2)
Just press one button and the hardness tester's head moves down to make contact with the sample's surface, clamps the piece, applies the force, makes the indentation and goes back upwards. Within seconds results appear. For Vickers and Knoop indentations, just place the camera in reading position and the indent is automatically measured.
When testing unstable samples or deflective parts, the AFFRI System will follow the sample without loosing contact thank's to its 50 mm stroke for indenter and clamping hood. Easy and fast hardness measurements on pieces with different thicknesses without acting on tester head or elevating screw.
Load forces are applied through load cells and controlled in "Closed Loop" with a frequency of 1 khz, assuring perfect linearity in every range. Results are not affected by any structural deflection, misalignment, vibration or problems associated with dead weight systems on traditional testers.
Thanks to the CCD high definition camera and to the AFFRI software, the indent reading process is automatic and assures absolute accuracy even if the samples surface isn't perfect. From perfectly polished to rough and etched samples, the indentation auto-detection allows measurements on a variety of sample surfaces.填写下面的表格,我们会尽快回复你!请填写所有必填字段。
